Responsibilities:
- Leading and optimising agency operations, processes and resource planning
- Working closely with client services and creative teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
- Managing internal workflows, tools and systems across departments
- Supporting with forecasting, budgeting, reporting and financial planning
- Playing a hands-on role in shaping team culture, structure and communication
- Acting as a right-hand to the founder, helping to translate vision into actionable, scalable plans
- Keeping the team on the ball!!
What They’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a similar operational or general management role within a creative, content or social-first agency
- Strong understanding of agency workflows — from brief to delivery
- Clear, confident communicator who’s comfortable challenging ideas and bringing their own
- Able to balance structure and creativity — and help others do the same
- Skilled in team leadership, budget ownership, and systems thinking
- Comfortable in a growing, ever-evolving environment
- Bonus points for experience scaling an agency or leading through change
