The Company
We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to take ownership of a unique, real-world SaaS product that helps keep major construction projects on track. You’ll join a fast-moving, Brisbane-based start up that’s transforming how large-scale construction sites operate, using clever software and cloud-based tools.
This is more than just a dev job; it’s an opportunity to lead product development from the ground up. You'll work closely with tech users helping migrate a legacy desktop platform to a modern cloud-based solution in React. The Role
Your focus will be on rewriting core functionality and rebuilding it using .NET 8 with ASP.NET Core APIs. You’ll be working across the full stack, handling backend development, setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines (using GitHub), and building front-end UI in either React or Vue (whatever gets the job done best).
The codebase is still in relatively early stages, so there’s plenty of room to shape things and leave your mark. One of the main projects involves taking a legacy system, originally built in .NET Framework 4.8 as a desktop app and migrating it to the cloud. The aim is to align two separate platforms so they can share the same libraries and front-end components, making the whole setup more efficient and easier to maintain.
Cloud infrastructure is a big part of the stack, so you’ll need a solid working knowledge of AWS. If you're confident with services like Lambda, EC2, and containerised environments, this role will be perfect for you.
You’ll have full autonomy in how you work. There’s no micromanagement - just a lot of trust and flexibility to own your product pipeline and build things properly. A background in smaller teams or startup environments will help you hit the ground running.

Key Skills
- Experience building new applications/features with 4+ year’s experience
- Solid experience with Vue or React (minimum experience 3+)
- Well-rounded AWS experience including deploying and scaling SaaS
- Ability to develop and support Desktop applications using .Net, C#
