What you’ll be doing

• Leading a high-performing dev team across multiple React & TypeScript projects
• Guiding technical direction and architectural decisions across the stack
• Driving best practices in testing, accessibility, design systems, and CI/CD
• Collaborating closely with stakeholders, UX designers, and product teams
• Mentoring engineers, running code reviews, and shaping a culture of technical quality
• Balancing hands-on coding (when needed) with people leadership and strategy

What you bring

• Strong background in JavaScript, React, and TypeScript (8+ years)
• Experience with design systems, Storybook, and scalable front-end architecture
• Exposure to REST & GraphQL APIs, AWS, CI/CD pipelines
• Track record of working with e-commerce or high-traffic digital platforms
• Strong communication skills — comfortable working with stakeholders & designers
• Proven leadership — mentoring, guiding, and developing engineering teams
