Ecommerce Specialist

We are partnering with an Australian retail brand based in South Melbourne who are looking for an Ecommerce Specialist to cover a short term contract. They are a high end brand and have a hard focus on environmental sustainability - anyone with experience in a similar luxury industry would be ideal for this role!

Role:

• Maintain and optimise online product listings, ensuring SEO-friendly descriptions, accurate imagery, pricing, and stock levels.
• Assist in the execution of promotional and marketing campaigns, ensuring all product offers go live smoothly and without errors.
• Perform regular website audits to identify and resolve bugs, usability issues, or missing content.
• Work closely with teams across Customer Experience, Marketing, Inventory, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Produce reports and support performance analysis using tools like Google Analytics and GA4.
• Help with the setup of content landing pages and email marketing campaigns as needed.
• Contribute to the testing and rollout of new website features and third-party integrations.

The Essentials:

• Good with Shopify
• 2+ years in a similar role
• Able to start ASAP
