About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager for our client to lead the delivery of digital projects from concept to completion. You’ll act as the key link between clients and internal teams, translating ideas into actionable plans and ensuring outcomes align with client goals and broader business strategy.

You’ll manage projects end-to-end, building strong stakeholder relationships, keeping communication flowing, and driving projects to successful delivery. Your proactive approach and focus on quality will help us deliver measurable results and strengthen long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of digital and website projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to scope.
• Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to define objectives, influence decision-making, and deliver high-quality outputs.
• Plan, schedule, and report on projects using the right tools and methodologies.
• Support and guide internal project teams to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Manage risks, budgets, and resources proactively.
• Work with suppliers and contractors to ensure accountability and standards.
• Maintain high standards of delivery and compliance across all project outputs.
• Build strong, collaborative client relationships.
• Foster continuous improvement in project delivery practices.

About You

• Proven experience (3+ years) in digital or website project management.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Confident with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Solutions-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Skilled in scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Experience in Health or Government projects is a plus, but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building capabilities.
