They operate on a straightforward model: no retainers, no long-term commitments—clients only pay for results. Campaigns are run under their own in-house brands, and leads are delivered in real time once verified, typically via email or direct CRM integration.

ROLE:
- Develop, manage, and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, Instagram, and TikTok
- Oversee monthly ad budgets ranging from $20K to $100K across multiple brands and industries
- Collaborate on creative direction, landing page experiments, and funnel optimisation
- Track and report on key performance metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, etc.)
- Monitor platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends to stay ahead
- Experiment with new features such as Advantage+, lead ads, broad targeting, and Reels-first creative
- Contribute to the launch of new brands, offers, and weekly split tests
- Leverage UGC and influencer-style content to drive scalable performance
- Minimum of 3 years working in paid social (Meta mainly - any experience across other socials or Google is a bonus
- Experience managing a range of monthly ad budgets (anywhere from $20K up to $200+)
- Confident leader who can mentor other members in the marketing team and can assist training new starters
- Strongly analytical with a data driven mindset
- Knowledge of Lead Gen
- Experience in account management / agency side is a bonus
- Experience working within or with clients from a financial services background is a bonus
