They manage marketing end-to-end for a small, carefully selected portfolio of outdoor and lifestyle brands across Australia. Think outdoorsy and adventurous brands with genuinely passionate audiences who actually want to hear from them.

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Brisbane.

You're probably in one of two situations:

• You're an in-house marketer who's great at what you do but craving more variety and faster growth. Agencies have crossed your mind, but the sell-and-churn culture hasn't appealed. This one is genuinely different.
• You're at a digital agency right now, spread too thin across too many clients to do work you're actually proud of. You want somewhere that measures success by quality of output — not by revenue targets.

What you'll do
You'll take ownership of marketing for a small portfolio of brands, working as a true extension of their teams. Day to day that means:

• Strategising and executing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, Email, SMS, Organic Social, YouTube, and Website CRO
• Briefing a talented in-house creative team — strong creative is always available and never a bottleneck
• Reporting on meaningful metrics and keeping brands informed on strategy and progress
• Building marketing calendars tied to real business goals
• Collaborating with a tight-knit, high-performing team who push each other to improve

What they're looking for

• 3+ years of digital marketing experience with results to back it up
• Solid hands-on ability across paid and organic channels
• Some eCommerce exposure — ideal but not essential
• A marketer who thinks long-term, not just campaign-to-campaign
• A genuine affinity with the outdoor lifestyle space is a real bonus
