They are looking for their next Digital Insights Analyst, located here in Sunny Brisbane. 

You will be reporting directly to the Insights Lead and working closely with other insights analysts and the eComm team.

Key responsibilities:

• Analysing digital performance and providing actionable insights across the APAC region
• Monitoring KPIs and tracking customer friction points. You will be involved with CX and the entire customer journey, ensuring CX is continuously improving
• Supporting eCommerce teams with reporting and analysis
• Communicating technical insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Assisting in identifying strategic opportunities and measuring impact
• Work collaboratively across different teams and be able to communicate technical advise to non-technical leaders and other teams. 

Qualifications:

• 2 + years experience in digital analytics
• Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Power BI, and Excel
• Understanding of eCommerce and usability principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Experience with customer survey data
• Experience with Python
