About You
  • Experienced Account Manager: Minimum 1 year of direct agency experience managing a diverse portfolio.
  • Digital marketing savvy: Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, Google Ads, and Paid Social channels.
  • People person: Loves growing relationships and has excellent communication skills.
  • Driven by values: Hard work, integrity, honesty, ownership, quality, attention to detail, and continual improvement (Kaizen).
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client communication across various platforms (Google Meet, phone, email, Slack, Google Docs).
  • Foster client relationships, strategically grow accounts, and retain clients by delivering exceptional service (supported by the technical team).
  • Monitor client performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and Agency Analytics to formulate strategies.
  • Collaborate effectively with account management, sales, and technical teams to deliver powerful client results.
  • Manage timelines and expectations for client deliverables and projects, ensuring quality execution.
  • Create and deliver monthly and quarterly client reports, including email summaries and detailed responses to client queries.
  • Engage in sales initiatives, including handling referrals, with training provided as needed.
