We’re currently working on an exciting hire for a CRO Specialist for a leading Ecomm organisation working across digital experience, optimisation and experimentation. This role offers a hybrid working (3/2 days) setup within Brisbane paying up to $130k + super (plus a bonus structure up to 10% is in place)
  
This is a broad, hands on optimisation role where you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery, reporting, and execution of CRO and testing programs across major digital channels. They’re looking for someone who enjoys driving measurable commercial outcomes and can move between strategic test ideation and detailed sprint execution without losing quality.
  
You’ll work closely with digital leadership and act as the central point of coordination across multiple regional markets, developers, QA, and marketing teams to ensure experiments are delivered at pace and standards are maintained.
  
Key skills that you will need to be considered:
  • Proven experience in a CRO role, ideally managing multimarket or complex digital environments.
  • Hands on experience with major experimentation tools
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret, assess and translate data into clear recommendations.
  • Agile delivery experience, including managing sprint planning, prioritisation, and coordinating developers and QA resources.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to explain testing outcomes in clear commercially meaningful terms.
  • High attention to detail, with a strict focus on data integrity, test quality, and UX best practices.
  
Duties:
  • Own the end-to-end CRO and testing delivery lifecycle, from initial ideation through to execution & reporting.
  • Partner with regional markets to proactively ideate, refine, and prioritise ideas aligned to business and customer goals.
  • Maintain and manage a structured CRO test backlog and optimisation roadmap.
  • Lead sprint planning and delivery sequencing
  • Ensure all tests are correctly implemented, QA, and measured to agreed standards.
  • Produce clear, market ready reporting and insight.
  • Support the experimentation needs of marketing campaigns.
  • Continuously improve CRO processes, governance, and ways of working.
  
Skillset:
  • Deep understanding of conversion rate optimisation, A/B testing methodologies, and user experience (UX) principles.
  • Advanced capability with experimentation platforms and exposure to analytics tools.
  • Strong backlog management, prioritisation, and agile project coordination skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and drive alignment across cross functional, collaborative teams.
  • Highly organised with data driven decision making skills.
