What we need:

• Experience using Salesforce 
• Background in Saas, Tech, or Finance is preferred
• Experience building out CRM strategies - short/mid/long term 
• Experience developing customer journeys
• Love deep diving into data 
• Very strong and putting reports together 
• Really understand customer engagement and retention 
• Collaborating with your team and contributing to product development
• Be obsessed with conversion
