Our client is seeking an experienced CRM Manager to design, implement, and manage a robust CRM system that supports sales, marketing, construction, and administration workflows. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who can drive automation, create structured processes, and leverage data insights to enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing Strategy:

  • Design and execute a CRM strategy to strengthen customer engagement and meet business objectives.
  • Build a clear CRM plan that’s scalable, with an emphasis on process optimisation and automation
Implementation & Management:
  • Lead the company-wide CRM system deployment, ensuring smooth integration across all relevant departments.
  • Continuously refine and optimise customer journeys to ensure timely, relevant communication.
Process Streamlining:
  • Develop and implement structured processes across departments to ensure efficiency and collaboration.
  • Use automation to enhance communication and improve customer satisfaction.
Insights & Analytics:
  • Regularly track and analyse CRM performance, providing actionable insights to improve strategies.
  • Recommend future platform investments based on data-driven findings and customer needs.
Experience & Expertise:
  • Solid background in leading CRM management, improving customer lifecycle strategies, and data-driven customer engagement.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Monday.com, Pipedrive, with the ability to evaluate and integrate new systems.
Strategic Thinking & Analytical Skills:
  • Strong ability to translate customer data into strategic initiatives that support business objectives.
  • Proven experience designing personalised customer journeys that produce measurable business outcomes.
Communication & Collaboration:
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
