- Design and execute a CRM strategy to strengthen customer engagement and meet business objectives.
- Build a clear CRM plan that’s scalable, with an emphasis on process optimisation and automation
- Lead the company-wide CRM system deployment, ensuring smooth integration across all relevant departments.
- Continuously refine and optimise customer journeys to ensure timely, relevant communication.
- Develop and implement structured processes across departments to ensure efficiency and collaboration.
- Use automation to enhance communication and improve customer satisfaction.
- Regularly track and analyse CRM performance, providing actionable insights to improve strategies.
- Recommend future platform investments based on data-driven findings and customer needs.
- Solid background in leading CRM management, improving customer lifecycle strategies, and data-driven customer engagement.
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Monday.com, Pipedrive, with the ability to evaluate and integrate new systems.
- Strong ability to translate customer data into strategic initiatives that support business objectives.
- Proven experience designing personalised customer journeys that produce measurable business outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
