The successful candidate will support all aspects of loyalty and customer engagement to power the overall marketing game plan for this well known household name. What does success look like? Building brand equity, driving sales and increasing profit.
  
A day in the life... 

• Bringing a fresh, creative and informed identity to the table, assisting in the development of the annual Marketing plan 
• Work alongside brand to set the Email Marketing calendar and lead the end-to-end process around our campaign activity from strategy to execution
• Ensuring you are organised and prioritised- delivering agreed initiatives on time, in full and to budget
• Safe keeping and management of all digital initiatives (Online Ordering, Website, App, Delivery, CRM etc)
• Collaborating with your team and contributing to product development, design and execution of rewards program initiatives
• Managing CRM projects to increase customer experience and satisfaction
• Manage and develop a calendar of events to support KPIs and assist your team in overall event and content strategy
• Confidently be the face of all communications, engagements and incentives related to the company's rewards program
• Effectively build strong, long lasting & memorable relationships with all stakeholders of the business
  
  

So what is it I need, you say?! 

• Ideally 2-3 years experience in a similar role with CRM / database management responsibility
• Stand out personality with strong verbal and written communication skills 
• A passion for building strong relationships internally and externally
• Good attention to detail, ability to think strategically & a lover of problem solving 
• Last but certainly not least, you're looking for a fun, hard working and vibrant work environment- everyone here loves to have a good laugh!!
