The Role:

• Create content, focusing primarily on brochures and case studies, ensuring alignment with corporate tone and adherence to provided templates and guidelines.
• Review, edit, and refine content for clarity, consistency, and grammatical accuracy, making sure all materials meet the style guide and quality standards.
• Gather and implement feedback from stakeholders to ensure content fulfills all specified requirements.
• Work closely with creative design resources to finalise content, ensuring it is correctly formatted within design templates.
• Manage project timelines, brief designers, and oversee the development of final content by graphic designers or agencies to ensure timely delivery.
• Organise final approvals of all content before it is uploaded to platforms like SharePoint or HighSpot.  

Skills :

• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong eye for detail.
• Ability to convert complex information into clear, concise copy.
• Strong organisational and project management abilities.
• Capable of working both independently and within teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of the graphic design process is a plus.
• Familiarity with SharePoint or HighSpot is advantageous.
