Key Responsibilities:
- Service Selling: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions, confidently presenting service offerings to secure buy-in and long-term partnerships.
- Revenue Growth & Forecasting: Develop and implement strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth and accurately forecast business opportunities.
- Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage emerging technologies to identify areas for service expansion and innovation.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with clients, aligning their goals with practical roadmaps and delivering value-added solutions.
- New Business Development: Proactively engage with decision-makers, identify their challenges, and present actionable projects to meet their needs.
- A proven track record in service selling within an agency or similar environment. **Agency not essential**
- Strong commercial acumen and a strategic mindset, with experience in growth strategy development and forecasting.
- Confidence in presenting and negotiating with stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- The ability to adapt quickly and find creative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
