What you’ll be doing

• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, providing personalised attention through efficient, digital-first service. From onboarding to Quarterly Reviews, you'll ensure clients feel supported and valued.
• Strategically identify and nurture high-growth clients, preparing them for expansion to advanced service tiers.
• Use data insights to educate clients, optimise marketing campaigns, and drive performance improvements

About you?

• Strong sales mindset, with a passion to create true, long-term partnerships with clients
• Experience in managing client relationships through digital platforms, with a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities
• Ability to develop tailored strategies and solutions to maximise client success on digital platforms to engage, retain and grow revenue for the business.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of tailoring messages to a variety of client needs.
• Analytical thinker with a passion for creating value and solving client challenges.
• Comfortable with digital marketing and data analysis tools, and a tech-savvy approach to engagement.
• Experience in SaaS, architecture, big marketing/advertising agency or design sectors is a huge plus!
