We are looking for a Change Manager to lead the change strategy for a major CRM & Billing transformation project. You will ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes, working closely with business leaders, project teams, and stakeholders.

We are looking for a Change Manager to lead the change strategy for a major CRM & Billing transformation project. You will ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes, working closely with business leaders, project teams, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute change management strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, training, and communication efforts.
- Conduct impact assessments and risk analysis to address resistance to change.
- Support leadership in embedding new ways of working.
- Oversee training programs and change adoption activities.
- Extensive change management or transformation projects.
- Extensive experience leading change in Salesforce CRM and Billing system implementations.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Change Management certification (Prosci, ACMP) preferred.
