What you will be doing?

This company don't simply want to be a transaction, they pile huge mounts of energy and emphasis on building real partnerships.

They are on the hunt for hungry Business Development Managers who are passionate about their craft and can demonstrate the ability to offer the full 360 offering of client / customer relationships.

Not only will you be winning new business, there will be an element of account management to the highest of levels as you will manage the sales pipeline with the vendor success team.

This is a growth focused account with a huge emphasis placed on the customer experience. 

What your day will look like

- Build winning value based solutions for the vendors
- Play a pivotal role in pitching for new partnerships through formal bids utilising and collaborating with key stakeholders of the business
- Key negotiation skills
- An expectation of learning and utilising solution software to enhance the user experience, you will be working closely with the in-house Engineers.
- Overseeing the implementation of strategic solution deliverables
- Develop a in-depth knowledge of the customer based, providing proactive solutions
- Work closely with the Finance and Analytics team to greater understand customer performance, trends and certain behaviours
- Always adhere and carry out the company value proposition, help customers to convert users but also assist in reducing a retails acquisition cost.
- Drive multi-growth and success on an executive level, but also perform on an individual level and take your career to new heights.

You will have

- 4 years plus of 'relevant' business development, account management and relationship management experience. Ideally in e-commerce, financial services or payments
- A strong existing network of established relationships across the Australian retail market
- First rate presentation and communication skills
- Strong commercial acumen, you will be able to critically analyse and interpret data
- Bachelors degree at the minimum in business or a related field
- Experience of working in a high growth tech environment
