We are currently on the look out for a Bid Coorinator to join the team!

A little more about the role and what you will do:

• Be involved in the delivery of proposals, bids, tenders and submissions
• Put together bid content - use your skills to make it look presentable!
• Be on the look out for bid opportunities
• Work closely with subject matter experts
• Gather and format proposal inputs from stakeholders.
• Create, review, and refine bid content.
• Monitor progress, raise risks, and participate in debriefs.
• Oversee document control and change management.
• Ensure proposals meet branding and quality guidelines.

What you will have:

• Skilled in bid coordination within technical environments.
• Strong business writing, producing high-quality work.
• Advanced MS Office proficiency.
• Expertise in database management.
• Knowledgeable in templates, macros, and styles.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong relationship-building skills.
• Effective time management and organisational abilities.
• Collaborative team player with commercial insight.
• Ideally, you'll have experience in either Defence or Government Administration
