This isn’t a typical BI Analyst role. Yes, there’s data. Yes, you’ll build reports and dashboards. But what sets this role apart is the purpose behind it: supporting everyday millions of Australian's and helping them live happier and more fulfilled lives. 

You’ll work across teams to manage the organisation’s data warehouse, streamline reporting processes, and ensure the right people have the right information when they need it. You’ll also play a key part in ensuring compliance with funding contracts and internal reporting requirements — so attention to detail matters here.

What you'll be doing:

• Creating clear, reliable reports and dashboards using Power BI and SQL
• Managing and maintaining the organisation’s data warehouse
• Working with systems like Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Chris21 and Moodle
• Translating stakeholder needs into practical reporting solutions
• Supporting teams across the organisation to better understand and use data
• Playing a key role in statutory, contractual, and internal performance reporting

What you’ll bring:

• Strong Power BI and SQL experience
• Proven track record in data management, reporting or analytics roles
• Solid understanding of ETL processes and data integration
• Excellent communication skills — you can explain technical concepts to non-technical people
• Experience with data warehouses, stakeholder reporting, and systems like Dynamics 365
