Just Digital People have partnered up with this fintech provider to look for a Lead Back End Developer to join the team.

A disruptor in the Fintech space, this team is growing and need someone to lead their back end team. The role is very much a "lead front the front", hand on leading position. To be successful in, you'll be someone with excellent technical skills, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels,  as well as the ability to support, guide and mentor the juniors in the team.

What you'll bring:

• You have a minimum of 5+ years experience as a Software Engineer
• Recent (last 3 or more years) commercial experience working on Node.js and AWS
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Willingness to take on challenges and tasks
• Warm and friendly personality with strong communication skills.
