We're working with a well-respected creative agency that partners with brands across retail, tech, lifestyle (and more!) to bring digital projects to life. They're on the hunt for a passionate and proactive Digital Account Manager to join their growing team.

This is your chance to be the go-to person between clients and an in-house team of designers, developers, and strategists. You’ll keep projects on track, clients smiling, and work flowing - all while delivering digital solutions that make a real impact.

What you'll be doing:

• Owning client relationships and managing day-to-day communication
• Driving digital projects from start to finish (think timelines, team coordination, and delivery)
• Using tools like Asana and Slack to keep everything humming along
• Managing retainers, reporting, and invoicing like a pro
• Briefing creatives and developers, supporting testing and QA, and ensuring a seamless delivery
• Spotting opportunities to add value, streamline processes, or help clients grow
• Bringing positive energy, sharp attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to everything you do

We'd love to hear from you if you:

• Have 2-4 years' experience in a digital agency, ideally in project or account management
• Are confident juggling multiple projects and client accounts at once
• Live for a to-do list and love a neatly run project
• Communicate clearly and can run a slick client meeting
• Thrive in a collaborative environment and genuinely care about the work you deliver
• Are curious about AI and keen to embrace smart tools that can improve the way we work
