- Conducting market research and analysing consumer insights to refine marketing strategies and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Working closely with senior leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals, ensuring strategies are effective and contribute to the company’s growth.
- Overseeing the creation of content, from digital ads and social media posts to email campaigns and marketing materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Marketing Manager or similar role, ideally within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- A proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights to optimise campaigns.
- A deep understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and emerging technologies.
- Exceptional communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working with diverse brands or industries is highly regarded, with a creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
