This role is to become a key member of this business's executive leadership team. Reporting directly into the owners of the business your role is ultimately accountable for both the management and growth of existing client accounts as well as winning new business.

As a key member of the management team the GAD is also required to contribute more broadly to the overarching operation, management and success of the business.

About you:

• You will have a technical background with experience with Website builds, Website applications, and application development 
• Have experience talking with CTO's, and CIO's through problems and pitching them solutions 
• You will be very calculated and precise 
• Experience working for a technical digital agency or consultancy

What you will be doing:

• Management of all existing client accounts as measured by client tenure and satisfaction
• Proactively driving ongoing growth in scope and revenue of existing accounts
• Identifying, pitching, and closing suitable new prospective account opportunities
• Developing strong, lasting and trusted relationships with clients, and build out existing client portfolio 
• Coach, mentor, oversight and support the AM team to ensure
  all clients are receiving the highest standard of
  strategic advice and account management services
• Prepare and professionally deliver compelling presentations
  and proposals
