Responsibilities 

• Assist in the implementation of the monthly retail campaigns to increase online sales and drive foot traffic into stores within budget parameters
• Update and communicate Marketing and Digital Work in Progress and Critical Dates across the greater marketing/Digital team
• Prepare brand communication across the business in a consistent manner, aligned with brand guidelines
• Assist Business Units with the development of marketing activities, which complement the broader corporate objectives.
• Support execution of all marketing activities
• Coordinate Social Media activity, ensuring timelines are achieved and consistent content is developed.
• Manage and communicate the POS, below the line, digital and catalogue schedule and the marketing activity plan to senior management and the wider business
• Create Monthly campaign tickets for retail
• Assist in developing and managing web, EDM and other digital creative requirements as needed.

  

Requirements 

• Appropriate tertiary qualifications (Bachelor or Post Graduate Business/Digital/Advertising)
• Fundamental understanding of Marketing and Digital environments
• 1yr minimum experience in a retail digital marketing role
• Experience with advertising and/or digital production
• Experience with managing budgets and projects
• Positive can do attitude
• Strong analytical thinker with a focus on marketing effectiveness
• Must be politically astute and be able to develop relationships at many levels of the organisation.
• Genuine team player with influencing ability
