These folks are a digital agency who specialise in building mobile apps for some huge clients in various spaces, such as real estate, finance and retail. They’re now pushing their boundaries wide open to offer their clients a designing advantage, alongside their well-rounded development focus.
  
What you’ll be doing:

• Practicing research and analytic methods to build user reports
• Utilise user reports to illustrate journey maps and prototypes from start to finish
• Carry out user-testing independently
• Work alongside developers to orchestrate ideas and bring initial concepts to develop stage.  

Required/Desired Skills:

• A strong background of experience designing- 2-3 years in the game
• Previous mobile design environment experience REQUIRED
• Proven use of wireframing tools such as Axure, Sketch and Invision
• Extensive use of the Adobe Creative suite
• Comfortable in building interactive prototype and annotate wireframes
• Familiar with creating personas, customer journeys, scenarios and user flows
• Previous experience with user interviews with customers, user testing planning, analysis of findings and reporting in findings
• Experience in Agile ways of working, running design sprints will be a nice to have
• Good communication skills representing UX with stakeholders
• Confident working autonomously
