This is a tech product team playing the SAAS space. Join this senior team. They have an existing fresh, clean design already putting them in the lead. This position is a UX Researcher role - you will need experience and passion in this field. 

Responsibilities

• Plan, design conduct & analyse research outcomes that align with product goals
• It will be up to you to communicate feedback to the rest of the team
• You will be utilising tools and working out your own techniques to allow you to get buy in for the business
• Work closely and collaborate with stakeholders
• Define and document research
• You will lead workshops, research activities, conduct studies with both direct users and non-users of the product 
• You then will be responsible for turning and communicating these outcomes / facts into results that can be easily understood and translated into findings to better the products

Requirements

• It is essential that you have at least 3-4 years experience in the Research space & preferably in a SAAS company
• You have experience working in a tech organisation, working to or leading the growth of a user or customer research practice
• You have experience working in different environment using multiple research methods 
• You are able to explain to me your previous experience and the role you have played in assisting in user research activities.
