The Role:
In this role you'll be the main customer support contact for any tickets that are raised to the portal. On a day to day basis you'll be doing the testing and technical writing at a 50/50 split, among other things such as programming, analysing and documenting things. You'll need to have great people skills as you'll be speaking to customer's on a daily basis.
Location: Southside Brisbane
Requirements:
- 3 years industry experience
- Selenium web driver
- New Generation to
- REST API's
- Postman
- Test Automation
- Manual Testing
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisation skills
