The Role:
The main responsibility will be to lead a team of testers, the end/ collective goal will be to have your team attend to all clients in a timely and high quality manner. You'll still be required to be hands on and lead by example.
Requirements: - Bachelors/ qualifications
- Strong experience in UAT
- Experience leading/ managing teams
- Knowledge of BPM and Visio
- Exceptional communication skills that can go between all levels of the business seamlessly.
- An extraordinary attention to detail
- The ability to work independently whilst keeping strong communications skills across all details.
