The Team;
This team is a high performing, collaborative bunch who regularly contribute to solutions to come to the best result. You will be leading a team of 6-8 and working closely with the Development Manager on the Solution Architecture and Technical Delivery of projects. This team has a flexible environment with 1 day WFH currently.

The Gig;
You will be leading a team of 6-8 and getting involved in engaging with internal and external stakeholders. You will be working on the Architecture and Delivery to ensure the best results are achieved. Although this is a Tech Lead position you will still stay hands on and code in the LAMP stack. Their cloud is hosted on AWS so any experience is welcomed

What you will already need to have;

• Strong experience working with PHP and LAMP stack
• Solid hands on experience building web APIs
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP)
• Experience mentoring juniors or leading teams isn't essential but favourable
