The Role:
The main main responsibilities for this role is to manage the claims process in order to maintain the costs whilst providing outstanding customer service. The goal to focus on is to attend to all customers in a timely manner and be wary of any included costs.
Requirements:
• Bachelors/ qualifications
• Strong experience in UAT
• Knowledge of BPM and Visio
• Exceptional communication skills that can go between all levels of the business seamlessly.
• An extraordinary attention to detail
• The ability to work independently whilst keeping strong communications skills across all details.
• A strong drive for UX.
