This particular business has the Software Development Manager reporting into the CTO, responsible for promoting technology delivery, efficiencies and new-scopes of work to the greater organisation.

An innovative and expanding Australian brand who is now looking for an experienced Software Development Manager to manage and oversee a team of engineers to work on a variety of core applications, build on future project work and scaling with international & local expansions.

Role
This new role will see you lead a crucial multi-talented team of engineers who work on a variety of applications used by thousands throughout all four corners of the world. Not only will you be responsible for managing this team and helping individuals grow and develop... you will be part of this organisations journey towards continuous delivery + improvement, enhancing customer experience and will ideally changing the game which is their industry.

What we're looking for
For this role, you will need strong experience in the following:

• Technical and people management
• Managing a team of Developers
• A technical background so you know what you're talking about
• Strong communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders (BA’s, Product Owners, Project Managers all the way through to execs and senior internal members)
• Agile and lean practices
