A newly created opportunity exists for an industry professional who has a hybrid of skills, raging from Dev/Tech Lead, Product Management, through to leading teams that have a global impact. This industry powerhouse has a small and dedicated group of software professionals, currently working on a new platform for their sector that’ll help streamline an already high-performing offering.
  
The role would be a 2IC to the Technology Leader (APAC) - First and foremost, you’d be tasked with tackling some of the existing software issues that reside within a multi-faceted environment; whether an inherent/existing roadblock or realigning team focus to drive maximum output. You will be the conduit that glues the tech environment together and assists the hierarchy to deliver initiatives.
  
  
Further skills and experience required:
  

• General project leadership across the software landscape
• High degree of analytical capability
• Solid “people-first” leadership style
• Proven experience running off-shore software teams (advantageous)
• Either a background as a Developer or Tech BA
