What we need:
♦️ Strong paid social background
♦️ A lead gen and CRO specialist 
♦️ Great experience across the social channels, inc Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn etc.
♦️ Experienced scaling and optimizing paid social channels
♦️ Either agency experience, or a strong financial services background
