This company is looking for an exceptional UI/UX designer who is looking to help to take a product to the next level. This is a very important hire for this company as it will be their first in-house UI/UX designer. While the product & company is well established - they have largely relied on an agency to complete the UI/UX role. While this would be their first hire for this role - you won't be alone or undervalued. The company has a strong digital team with close to 25 people across the specialties - not to mention the head of product, head of development & general manager all see the value in REAL UX.
Who are you ?
- An established UI/UX designer who is experienced in helping to increase usability across multiple products.
- Still has a passion for creating hi-fidelity visuals!
- A strong communicator who is experienced in working with stakeholders & confident in engaging a diverse digital team.
