A diverse background is key for this role, whether its fashion, marketing, UI, EDM’s it’s all useful. You might not be a wiz at all of those areas anymore but you do you need to have an understanding of them.

• Strong Art Direction skills
• High-level conceptual thinker
• You can think strategically and commercially
• An understanding of working within a sizeable team and across multiple creative disciplines
• Able to take a brief and conceptualise it across a range of mediums
• Capable of understanding target market demographics, analytics and intelligence
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in Illustrator & Photoshop
• New media knowledge
• Good planning and administrative skills
• Effective time management and the ability to prioritise
• Have an interest in social and cultural trends
