Do you have a strong understanding of various digital channels (including the usual suspects of Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter) as well as SEO, SEM, PPC, web and analytics? Are you a strategic mind with agency experience?

We are searching for a forward thinker to lead this amazing company's social media and digital marketing team, to develop integrated digital marketing strategies delivering results using data, trends, research and insights. Your job will be to implement campaigns, create strategy whilst leading and creating engaging content.

Responsibilities of the role will include:

• Expand the digital sector of the business by seeking new business opportunities and cross selling to existing clients
• Bring creative ideas to the table using data, research, trends and insights
• Apply best practice guidance to the agency
• Plan and execute innovative strategies and offer solutions, achieving outstanding results for clients
• Identify unmet digital goals, needs, opportunities and challenges for our clients
• Communication of a brand through creative imagery and articulation of copy
• Oversee a team of digital marketing and social media specialists to inspire creative thinking and manage efficient work delivery
• Brief and direct the in-house design teams on campaigns

You will be a real team player, having fabulous communication skills to collaborate with the team, whilst growing and managing client and stakeholder relationships. Your hands-on attitude and attention to detail, combined with your thorough knowledge of digital practice, would see you thrive in this role.

Your experience managing social media platforms (including paid social advertising) will marry up with your ability to utilise tools to prepare campaign reports for our clients. Extra brownie points for experience in CRM, graphic design tools and managing CMS.

This opportunity will see you working with a range of clients across travel, property, corporate, lifestyle, government, not-for-profit, and infrastructure sectors, with any experience in these fields being an added bonus. This is a full-time role located in their illustrious office in Newstead.
