Design is at the forefront of their mind - they live and breathe it. They're fresh, energetic and they are crushing it in their branding & marketing. They have a team of spectacular designers giving them that competitive advantage, allowing them to dominate the industry. 

You will work closely with all members of the Creative team: Illustrators, Graphic Designers, Photographers, Videographers and UI | UX Designers to ensure that the Creative Design Studio produces design that is innovative and leads to the production of profitable products.

Design Element 

• Work in conjunction with the Creative Director to ensure deadlines are met and that quality is maintained.
• Being able to conceptualise a commercial brand and strategy, and see it through from concept to completion.
• To ensure the brand's direction and style is reflected in both new artwork and the redevelopment of existing designs.
• Clearly communicate briefs to Creative team members.
• Generate new and innovative ideas

• Provide ongoing feedback and support to team members.
• Coach, train and develop designers as required.
