SENIOR TEST ANALYST/ MANAGER/ COORDINATOR
THE ROLE:
You'll be in charge of 3 main testing cycles for the largest Integration project for the company set to date, the current HCMS has over 150 points of dense heavy data. Main focus points of data include Core HR, Compensation, Absence, Benefits, Recruitment, Learning Management, Performance Management. You will not be doing any hands on testing, you'll be more in charge of delegation/ observation of the Test Analyst work.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Completed Degree in a related field.
- Experience coordinating a testing team for highly complex deliveries.
- Experience with SaaS/ HCMS/ HCM/ LMS/ CoreHR/ SuccessFactors Platforms is a MUST
- Test plan mapping/ development, scheduling & Script QA reporting.
- Extensive skills with testing tools like ALM, Jira, Confluence and Tosca.
- Great Automation driven tool experience.
- Display highly effective communication skills verbally and written, across multiple levels of individuals.
- Great leadership skills.
HIGHLY DESIRED:
- Workday HCMS Experience.
- Delivery of Mobile applications.
