You will deliver & discover customer needs for complex problems in the healthcare context.

There are design systems in place already so we are looking for an experienced Product Designer to join the team. End to end experience is what we are searching for, can take visuals through to hi-fidelity and also have a complex understanding and experience with UX methodology and processes.

It is essential that you showcase your skills in product design and really outline your passion for the user experience process. You must have end to end experience, 4 years minimum. (please see specifics below).

• Design, prototype and iterate on new UI elements/user interaction flow including layout, typography & more.
• You will be involved in all areas of product design: problem definition, user and competitor research/testing, documentation, conceptualising flows in low and high-fidelity mediums, iterating, processing feedback, and prototyping.
• Collaboration with the product manager to provide design guidance to our support and marketing teams, helping shape the end-to-end rollout and consumption of all features we build.
• Make strategic design and UX decisions on core and new functionality across our products, working alongside the product manager to help shape and deliver the overall product vision.
• Defining complex behaviours - not just designing interfaces - and working collaboratively with developers to iterate on designs to reach robust outcomes.
• Play a leading role in building out our research practices, tools, process and training. Support other designers in their discovery work and analysis of insights.

• Working closely with other designers to together understand the needs of the business and its requirements 
• Going through the motions to really understand the users and be able to empathise with them
• Wireframing, Prototyping & taking mockups through to the hi-fidelity stage
• Driving user research within the company & keeping on top of current trends and what your competition is doing.
