Position Purpose
The Full-Stack Developer will contribute to the design, development and management of all company websites, web applications and data repositories.
Reporting to Director, Innovation this position will be tasked with the ongoing development of existing websites / web applications, as well as: data analysis & processing; ideation; and development of new websites / web applications. This role will also provide support and training to both internal and external users.

• Demonstrated achievement & experience in software development with specific past examples of driving web application, e-commerce or marketplace development.
• A track record in generating & delivering outcomes, on-time & on-budget.
• Proven ability to build positive, enduring relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication & problem-solving skills, with a track record in driving external stakeholder engagement to further the strategic needs of the company.
• Outstanding organisational & time-management skills, & a track record of achieving successful outcomes, under time pressure.
• A resolute commitment to continual improvement & learning.
• The ability to accurately & effectively convey information on time, prioritising communications that manage risk & increase commercial success.
• Verifiable ability to exercise independent judgment & personal initiative to solve problems.

  
Experience Required

• A detailed understanding of PHP (7.x), MySQL (5.7.x)
• A good undstanding of coding standards (PSR 12), unit testing
• A good undstanding of PHPStorm, Gitlab, Docker, Composer, Jira, Confluence
• A good understanding of HTML 5, CSS, Javascript, Bootstrap
• A good understanding of Amazon Web Services
• Ability to pass an AFP National Police Check.
