Just Digital People are teaming up with a sporting media business to find their next superstar Senior Full Stack Engineer, we are ideally looking for a Mid-level with room to grow in the business & develop your skills.
The business work within the sports media industry and have just signed a long-term deal which secures a solid future for the business, it also allows them to build on the technology they have and innovate to bring new features and cool additions to their software offering. They operate as a small fast-paced team with collaboration and passion key for the role.
I have worked with the CIO of this business for a while within multiple companies and know first-hand that he empowers his team to do well, he gives you the freedom, the flexibility, and ownership to bring ideas to the table and really love your work.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about all technology, someone who is a little technology agnostic and has a willingness to learn new things. To do well here you’ll also need to have excellent EQ and a good sense of humor… so feel free to include your best jokes with your resume ;)

Skills you need:
- Solid commercial experience in building customer-centric software applications
- Strong skills in Java
- JavaScript with React ideally
- HTML, CSS
- Extensive experience across Web API’s
- Linux server experience
- CI/CD, TDD and testing automation (Maven, Jenkins, Ant, NPM)
- Servers and monitoring (Tomcat, Apache)
- Solid RDB and SQL knowledge (preferably Oracle)
- Developing and maintaining CMS products
- AWS cloud experience
