I am currently working with a fantastic technology “startup”… why I’ve put the startup in quotes. It kind of is, it kind of isn’t a startup. They have a global presence already and now making waves in Australia, with HEFTY funding.
 
They base their developers here in Melbourne as it is, and I quote, “the best market in the world for dev’s in terms of quality”…
 
In a nutshell, they have an emphasis on quality product and a quality professional software environment. I can’t go into much detail about the actual business right now, but happy to tell all once we get chatting.
 
What they want? They want someone who is one word – passionate. Passionate about technology and someone who immerses themselves into the software realm.

How can you show that? You get along to meetups, work on your own projects, keep up to date on trends and what’s new / what’s upcoming. Basically, someone who lives and breathes their work.
 
The role – I’m looking for a Front End Developer to work on the main product, the product is a secret ;)

All the JS’s.
 
They are utilising the Riot library at the moment but looking at a cheeky React migration.

If you want to work in business growing rapidly and working on an excellent product this is the one for you. If you love the above tech… but don’t have commercial experience. That’s fine, as long as you can show that you like the technology and have tried looking at it and playing around with it.
