These folks, based in the inner suburbs of glorious Melbourne, are on the hunt for a senior digital designer who can lead end-to-end design functionalities, with experience in conceptual and creative design.

You'll have full creative freedom, working collaboratively with the digital lead and the solution architect as a pillar of their cross-functional, agile team. Liaising with stakeholders and clients on a regular basis, planning strategically and creatively to design beautiful solutions that end users will love.

What will get you across the line:

• 3 years+ commercial experience with the usual industry-standard tools like Sketch, Invision, Adobe creative suite etc...
• A creative flare that gives you an edge with your designs whilst harbouring creative strategy thinking
• A background of mentoring / leading a team or other designers.
• Previous experience in setting guidelines for design and art direction
• And finally- you're a bit of a tech geek who's forward-thinking, with a creative intellect and a love for the strategy behind the visuals.

As well as all of your professional experience you'll be bringing to the table, you'll also have great people and communication skills- these guys are BIG on culture and find it important to have an inclusive work environment- HELL YEAH!
