The Role
The primary function of the role is green-fields development to construct a microservices based system, as well as assist with integrating core line of business systems with the newly constructed services.
The primary function of the role is green-fields development to construct a microservices based system, as well as assist with integrating core line of business systems with the newly constructed services.
- Act as a dedicated developer focused on the build, testing and roll out of a single-view of leads, customers and risks.
- Establish and maintained a version-controlled source-code solution for repeatable building, testing and deployment of microservices.
- Development & Testing of a RESTful API to provide simple CRUD capabilities over a SQL storage layer.
- Development of microservices to perform probabilistic and deterministic data matching.
- Integrating with notification & message queueing frameworks (like Amazon SNS/SQS).
- Hands-on expertise with:
- Implementing REST APIs and Microservices.
- Event-based, Asynchronous/Concurrent programming.
- Building Tables & Queries on Microsoft SQL Server 2012-2017.
- Automating unit tests, or experience with Test-Driven Development.
- Preference given to candidates with exposure to:
- Data Encryption or Tokenization.
- ETL Techniques, especially on SAS 9.4
- Data modelling techniques.
