JDP are partnered with one of Australia's largest and most loved, house-hold names. This team are going through an exciting digital transformation phase and are looking for a Senior CRM Manager to jump on board their passionate team during this crucial time of rollout. 

This opportunity is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract and will be best suited to a digital marketer, who has hands-on experience with both implementing/using CRMs, as well as marketing automation, to develop and run successful campaigns. This vital role within the business will act as both a trainer and consultant to the Group’s clients who will ultimately be using the CRM and marketing applications to drive their individual business goals.

The CRM, and associated marketing applications are a key pillar in the business’s income generation & growth strategy, serving to increase consumer retention and the acquisition of new customers. People first mentality is key! 

  
A Day in the Life.. 
  • Program Management of Zoho CRM to oversee the roll-out and usage growth of all centralised functions.
  • Consult and act as a hands-on support to your key stakeholders on the effective use of Zoho CRM to enable them to deliver a high level of service and excellent customer experience and capture data across all key touch-points of the business.
  • Champion the development of the business’s overall customer management capability, liaising with your key stakeholders and other internal teams to build out required data infrastructure.
  • Develop and manage functionality based on this company's use cases, and the Group’s longer-term strategic objectives.
  • Vendor Management (budget, scope, pricing negotiations) & Product Roadmapping.
  • Evaluate the CRM data, program engagement, customer behaviour and conducts user experience analyses and business performance metrics that are associated with CRM programs and campaigns.
  
The Recipe to Success...
  • Solid CRM/Marketing Automation experience at a managerial or consulting level within a Marketing or Sales department. Agency background? Sure! 
  • Ideally you have solid exposure to Zoho CRM and the Zoho One suite of applications, although other CRM platforms will be considered. 
  • Experience working end-end with a business team from the beginning of a CRM project of significant value to its successful completion.
  • Exceptional people and communication skills. You will undoubtedly have the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues and other key stakeholders at various levels. 
  • Experience in amplifying a cross-functional team’s ability through transformational culture or coaching.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, using marketing automation and lead scoring to drive nurturing and lead qualification for a sales function.
  • Capable of conveying technical findings in a clear, convincing, and easily digestible manner. We can't all know what a RFM is! 
  • A fantastic 'can-do' attitude, willingness to develop skills, be adaptable to change and not shy away from a good challenge.
