Seeking a Senior and Mid Level Product Designers, based in the Brisbane Head Office. Be a part of this global business as a Product Designer! Currently offering flexibility to work from home, the team will pop into the office a few times a week to workshop and bounce ideas off each other.
After going through some significant changes recently, this company has officially entered a new phase in its journey. Our client has a powerhouse product design team and has really excelled in its product development and design cycles recently. There are some incredible projects across multiple different teams in motion so you should be adaptable and dynamic as the role and business are in a period of growth and change.
You should be highly skilled and must be able to highlight your skills in product design that can convey your passion for the user experience process. You must have end-to-end experience.

Other things you should know:
- You will be involved in all areas of product design: problem definition, user and competitor research/testing, documentation, conceptualising flows in low and high-fidelity mediums, iterating, processing feedback, and prototyping.
- Make strategic design and UX decisions on core and new functionality across our products, working alongside the product manager & / or other designers to help shape and deliver the overall product vision.
- Uncovering problems and using your end-to-end experience to put the appropriate user flows into play.
- Play a leading role in building out our research practices, tools, processes, and training.
- This is a highly collaborative team -- so you should be too!
- Your portfolio must reflect incredible visuals with the UX process & research to support that.
