Just Digital People are on the look out for a gun mid-level Project Manager from an agency background who has experience working on high quality mobile or web development projects. 

Our client is a boutique, yet very well established digital agency who specialise in building native mobile apps. You will be working with a range of clients from large corporates, to digital agencies, government and international startups.

Just Digital People are looking for a self-starter who is able to set their own direction but also can collaborate effectively with the  team.

• Setting project timelines, resource planning and managing milestones
• Maintaining user stories and executing sprint planning and backlog refinement
• Facilitating stand ups, retros and client demos  
• Identifying and managing project issues and risks
• Producing project reports regularly
• Participating in all aspects of agile project delivery (including planning and user story refinement) and interacting with with all project stakeholders
• Developing and sharing knowledge to continuously improve products, technology, process
• Track progress and time using industry standard tools such as Jira

• 2+ years experience, ideally in an agency environment
• Experience managing mobile applications or web applications
• Experience conducting Business Analysis activities such as gathering requirements and writing user stories
• Ability to build strong relationships with team, clients and stakeholders
• Experience across the full software development lifecycle
• A working knowledge of Agile project management, TDD, continuous delivery and automated testing
• An appreciation for user centred design and customer empathy
• Passion for innovative native mobile development and technology
