Who are this stellar team looking for you ask?! They're on the look out for an experienced Product Manager with a UX background to join their close knit family. The ideal candidate will have at least a few years under their belt delivering top quality technical and design projects from start to finish, ensuring they're on time, profitable and to scope.

A day in the life...
   

• Build and maintain strong communication and relationships between internal and external parties (technical + non-technical)
• Ensure the team understands expectations around responsibilities, scope of work and timelines
• Running workshops & operating across strategy at a high level
• Research is your thing! This will be part of your day, everyday!
• The ability to identify new opportunities with clients working alongside designers, developers and delivery
• Keeping up to date with the latest & relevant digital product trends and technology  
• You understand and will be leading the way in strategic thinking
• You do NOT have to polish the final visuals, you DO have a background in UX

  
The skills to thrill..

• 4+ years (give or take) working as a UX Designer or Product Manager
• Working knowledge of software such as Figma or Adobe Suite
• You have experience with Information Architecture & you are a strategic thinker
• The ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Well-versed in digital product design and development life cycles
• Experience working on large budget digital projects (product + design) 
• Top notch verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment, juggling multiple projects and tasks, all with a smile on your dial
• The right attitude to slip into a positive,  and highly motivated workplace culture
• Flexible and ability to adapt quickly to different situations
• Strong ethics and credibility with a high degree of integrity
• Not necessary but experience in Fintech and a passion for this space is most definitely an advantage
