The right person ... ?
This role will sit within a highly experienced software engineering team where everyone is equal. This a very attractive challenge for an engineer who loves to delve into deep complex coding problems. You will be primarily working across a legacy .NET application which has $250 million worth revenue running through it. Whilst building a greenfield application that will run parallel utilising Python, Golang and Ruby (none are essential just advantageous)
 

What skills do you need?  

• Expert knowledge of C#, SQL
• Experience with ASP.NET, Angular or other MVC frameworks
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of CI/CD (e.g. TeamCity)
• Experience with SCM (e.g. Git)
• Understanding of Agile methodology
• Passionate about learning new technologies
• Strong interpersonal skills, self-sufficient and creative thinker
• Good understanding of basic security principles

  
What will you be doing? 

• Designing, Implementing and Testing software systems
• Full backend software development including database, API layers
• Providing usability testing of proposed system developments/improvements.
• Developing software applications that integrate with existing systems.
• Work with the team and senior management to ensure timelines are communicated and met.
• Presenting ideas for system improvements in line with a strategic roadmap.
